Network address binding in previous version (3.0-alpha)?

Where is the network address binding in previous version (3.0-alpha), so that I can edit it and specify a custom port to bind to?

Well the source code attached to that release is by no means the one that generates the sampvoice.so for 3.0-alpha. Why?

Também estou com o problema com o plugin. Carrega normalmente com a versão 3.0 Linux mas ninguém consegue falar nem ouvir.
