Samp Voice Chat Port Problem

I have a problem that has been bothering me for 1 month, it is a matter of changing the port, so they told me from the hosting that I need to put the port to voice over the port that they gave me personally (Open the port) and they told me to put it where it should, but now you probably already know that I don't know where to put that port ahah. So I decided to ask questions to you!
