Support for pubspec.yaml

Hi,
As per the documentation , https://cyclonedx.github.io/cdxgen/#/PROJECT_TYPES , pubspec.yml is also supported for SBOM generation, but i see CDXGEN able to generate only for pubspec.lock and not for yml file. I get empty bom file for pubspec.yml. Could you please clarify on it.
