Able to disable the local and upload part of this?

I've been looking for a way of rotating out backups which are uploaded to the server every day.

File names are like:

d31_20210315-19232.sql.tar.gz
d31_20201215-19232.sql.tar.gz

I was hoping to use your script to just rotate these around, but it looks like I'd have to upload with the script to set the naming scheme / regex?
