Check if user is new and has not set onboarding true then take to onboard page where collect user

  1. Open a wizard like form
  2. Conditions like do you accept to use second exchange at your own risk
  3. If yes then ask for a username,
  4. Then ask for backup phrase , and if user wish to add custom relay
  5. Ask for favourite topics or tags to subscribe
