Input for tags is currently a text field, we need a tag input method

This can be used: https://www.npmjs.com/package/vue-input-tag

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are a lot of issues with using Vue libraries in Vue3 so only after testing this library we would be able to determine the usage or making something new from scratch
