Make the contents in the project page editable

Curretly, none of the information about the project is editable once it is submitted. The maintainers of the project and the admin ofCynthesize should be able to edit the details of a project.

This is what the project page looks like at the moment.

An edit icon could be added on the top which upon clicking, allows the maintainer of the project to edit the details.
