UI to update a DAO's voting power module settings

User story: as a user, I want to be able to update settings such as unstaking_duration or active_threshold with an easy to use action.
Note, unstaking_duration and active_threshold only apply to token based DAOs for now.

staking duration is configurable right now:
but not active threshold after the DAO has been created. nice find
