[1.19.2] Axe Single Block Mod not working

Hello,
I set the axe to single block mode and used it to mine Stripped Spruce Log. Even though it says single block, all connected blocks are mined as well.
Tested with Lumberaxe Level 2

Thank you for reporting this issue, I have no idea how this happend or how it was working before...
