google oauth2 acting weird

  got a bug report (and was able to replicate) when logging in with google:

Could not authenticate you from GoogleOauth2 because "Invalid segment encoding"

• What feature or behavior is this required for?
  logging in

• How could we solve this issue? (Not knowing is okay!)

Looks like there is already a new release with a fix for this: https://github.com/zquestz/omniauth-google-oauth2/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#111---2022-09-05
