Update User MFA Messaging

• What are we trying to do?

• Clarify to users that MFA works with password-accounts only
• TBD: Stop suggesting GAuth over Daria accounts? Maybe we suggest either, with MFA?

• How could we solve this issue? (Not knowing is okay!)

• Add a note to the User account section for registering a factor, that this will only trigger for password-based logins, not Google.
• Update the initial user email to recommend GAuth or Daria with MFA.

• What feature or behavior is this required for?
