cannot import large workflow on new prod

On both rodan.simssa.ca and rodan2.simssa.ca, we cannot import really large workflow (provided by @kyrieb-ekat )
CURSED - All py3 - testing staging and prod.json
This can be done on staging but it took a very long time, too. Local version also works.
Also this is how the workflow looks like:
