MPEG2-TS pull input

Pull input http:// is only used for HLS, yes? Is it possible to use http:// for mp4 (mpegts) streams?

I just found out that http(s)-ts:// pull input is supported. Could you please add it to the manual?

http://*.ts and http-ts://* works, but https://*.ts and https-ts://* does not.

https://*.ts and https-ts://* should be supported in version 3.2.
