Assets: add AssetStyle to be used with userdata-bbb_custom_style_url join parameter

Add another asset class AssetStyle for uploading a css file per tenant. If a css file is uploaded the userdata-bbb_custom_style_url parameter should be provided on join requests, like we already did for slides and logos.
