Most windows are too big to fit on my display

Describe the bug
My screen display is 1920x1080. When I open the "Enter Point Coordinates" window, the edges of the window are cut off, as shown below:

I have to decrease my zoom level to 80% in Chrome in order to see the entire window. The same behavior exists on Firefox.

This behavior extends to most windows that I open: Preset Features, Settings, Info/Help. Notably, the "Get Link" window doesn't overrun the screen space.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Click on the "Enter Point Coordinates" button.
The window that appears is larger horizontally than the screen is.

Expected behavior
Windows that appear are not larger than the screen size, and I can see and click on all parts of the window.
