Custom Values Screen

A custom menu for the values ingot, and perhaps a keyboard key to open it.
It will have have every value, but with immediate editing possible before you get it.
For example, a vector would have three numbers inputs, which could be typed into, have the scroll wheel used, dragged left/right or up/down to change and finally clicking on the vector item should give the item.
