Export xns11 cross sections to GeoPandas, modify, and write back to xns11 file.

Adding this issue from an external request:

Has the MIKEIO 1D for xns11 file been improved as for the result files res1d?

For instance, can it be extracted the markers (e.g.1, 2, 3) from raw data, plot them in a shapefile (via GeoPandas) and set them, back into the XNS11 file?

This can be important as a pre-processing work for coupling with 2D and MSHE and other applications.

Similar relevant use case:

If we want to import cross section data which comes in pairs of (distance from the left, elevation), first we have to create a cross section text file, and then import this text file to the cross section editor, whether in MIKE+ or in MIKE HYDRO River.

For a few cross sections it's fine to create the file manually, but with dozens of profiles, creating this text file by hand is cumbersome and error prone.
