literature under preprints is very incomplete

Very few publications are listed under preprints section at https://www.diagnijmegen.nl/publications/
This will be partially solved by automatic updates of diag.bib but I expect these updates to still be sparse on arxiv publications.
Need to investigate whether an arxiv specific search can be added to our update system.
