I have this error if I use uclogic-probe

That's for the same reason why there's (error)
opposite iManufacturer and iProduct in lsusb output (string descriptors are missing on the device). What's the full uclogic-probe output?

I'm having a similar issue, my uclogic-probe
output is:

Some background in my case, I'm running on Ubuntu 16.04 with kernel 4.4.0-137-generic and my tablet was working ok until this weekend.
