Write one in the readme and have help argument in the CLI.

I started on the usage in the README:

The options package looks easy enough.

However, optparse-applicative looks more complete, and more active. It is also the highest-rated (a rating of 3.0 from 25 votes), and the most downloaded (1043 downloads) among the "options" packages on hackage as of today.
