Part of CSIP11 testcase.xml is wrong(?)

The requirement CSIP11 says 'The mandatory agent element MUST have a @ROLE attribute with the value “CREATOR”.'
Package with name="mets-xml_metsHdr_agent_all_criterias_different_objs" from CSIP11 testcase.xml contains agent with ROLE="CREATOR", so in terms of requirement CSIP11 is valid, but testcase says that this package should be invalid. So in my opinion this package should be removed or isValid attribute should be changed to true.
