Inconsistency between CSIP20 and CSIP34

CSIP20 and CSIP34 are similar. They say how the STATUS attribute should be used. But the CSIP20 test case says that a warning should not be generated if the STATUS attribute is not used (rule 1, packet "IP_18000_CSIP20_1"), while CSIP34 test case says the opposite (rule 1, packets "IP_amdSec_missing_status_attribute" and "valid_IP_with_SHOULD_MAY_1_rep"). In my option, warning should not be given for both requirements, as cardinality is 0..1. Is there a difference between these requirements that I have missed?

Actually, issue is with CSIP20 testcase, as warning should be generated but isValid attribute is equal to "TRUE" on rule 1, package "IP_18000_CSIP20_1"
