Fix design issues in smaller browser

Here is a list of multiple bugs related to the performance of the design:

• The buttons in the landing page extend all the way accross the page when the browser is smaller. The search button should be shorter and the Add button should be centered. Here is a screenshot
  
  to the design.
• In the smaller browser, the footer also gets centered. I think this is unnecessary. The response could have two footer columns at least
  
• In smaller browsers, the infobox extends too much, and the logo since it is responsive to the box it becomes too big.
  
• If the browser is a bit bigger, the infobox moves to the left. instead of being in the right. The navigator also extends into two rows with the language navigation on the second row.
