Not possible to create a new chat using prebuilt windows.
Prebuilt on ubuntu 23.04 doesnt start modem and also same issue with new chat.
Works on ubuntu if you create from source.

If you already had a qso with a station and if its in the list/database you can send a message.
Here its not possible to create a new message to LA1B
