document the structure of the metadata

With a quick looksie I did not find the structure of the JSON metadata. This would be something that is convenient for the current implementation of edit_servable and more generally as available information for users and developers alike.

Which metadata? We do document the overall structure in the dlhub_schemas. Would a solution be to make that easier to read then advertise it in the docs?

The servable metadata. I think that going forward (especially when modifying manually) users may want to see the structure in a readable format. (Not to say the schema is illegible, it just describes more information than necessary).
