Fix package build

The package build includes the wrong files.
- Fix MANIFEST
- @baue_bn read https://packaging.python.org/guides/using-manifest-in/
- @baue_bn Test install process
Lokale Installation des package und test
# Ggf. Alte Version deinstallieren
pip install dist/gitcalendar-0.1.tar.gz
# package neu bauen
python setup.py sdist
# installieren
pip install dist/gitcalendar-0.1.tar.gz
# ausführen
gitcalendar.exe --conf MYCONFIG.ini
