What is this CRITICAL error?

I receive this CRITICAL error yesterday and today
What should I do ?

In addition :
I also deleted the following files but the error still remains :

  • public-resolvers.md
  • public-resolvers.md.minisig
  • relays.md
  • relays.md.minisig
