Cannot submit latest issue to DOAJ using the OJS 3.3 export plugin

Hello, It seems that with the latest issue our API key is no longer working when submitting articles to DOAJ platform using the OJS 3.3 export plugin.
The error code we get is:
The DOAJ API returned an error:
'Client error: `POST https://doaj.org/api/v2/articles?api_key=4221110a1dd24ae2b1081a83ff5184b2`
resulted in a `400 Bad Request`
response: {"status": "bad_request", "error": "You are trying to add the articles to a journal that has been withdrawn from DOAJ. W (truncated...) '.
This is the 4th issue this year, the other 3 issues were submitted successfully and we are not sure what exactly happened and what changed.
The journal in question is Notulae Botanicae Horti Agrobotanici Cluj-Napoca with publisher AcademicPres.

Hello. Thanks for logging your ticket.
We had two records for this journal, one withdrawn from DOAJ. This was causing a conflict. I have resolved that.
You should be able to upload XML again tomorrow.
