Compare WY18 flows to all flows ever for each site

Currently, we are using a "day of year" approach in our "WY18 anomalies" version, where each dot is colored based on its WY18 daily flow compared to the record of flows on that day.

Now, we are going to look at using an approach where each daily flow in WY18 is compared to the full record of flows at the site (regardless of the day of year). Essentially, answering the question "how does WY18 compare to the entire record?". For instance, a conclusion from one frame of the video might be "on September 14, this site saw flow at the top 10% of all flows that have ever occurred at that location".
