GM9i doesn't dump development cards correctly

I've heard from someone from Forest of Illusion that GodMode9i doesn't dump DS development ROMs from Slot-1 correctly, while Godmode9 (and possibly NDS Backup Tool, supposedly) do it correctly.
While I don't own one of these myself to test/verify, I figure this issue should be opened until it's solved.
