At the moment the MySQLDumper create for every data-set one INSERT INTO.

Give it a way to combine it as a insert-block like INSERT INTO ... VALUES more than this one data-set ?

This wouldn't change anything because MSD parses the data and splits the records internally into one insert per record to not lose the possibility to stop and refresh after X records.
