line plot don't visualize the whole time-series (we can let them pick start date so it would be zoomed to closer to now)

Two fixes:
- pick start date
- date labels on x-axis would update based on the timeframe to also be appropriate
- also options of start date cant be less than 6 months partly because the plot wouldnt look good but also because of the date labels
