Allow for the active config to refresh after X amount of time.
Say, to change the VC list without tearing down the CC

Due to the overall architecture of how the host handles its configuration, without a major refactor of how voice channels are handled this is currently not possible. We can revisit this in the future, but for now I'm gonna close this.
