Should we rename ObjectMaker2D to something else

A lot of confusion is still going , and propagates unfortunately through tutorials, over what ObjectMaker should be used - and because ObjectMaker2D works for Starling 'most' of the time because of CE's nature to create views from a lot of different sources, users don't realize , when an error occurs, that ObjectMaker2D might be the cause , when using Starling.

So renaming it to something else would be nice I think. 2D being confusing another suffix could work - and it would forth everyone updating/upgrading to actually understand these are two different object makers.
