Add option to hide "Edit language in panel" button

The Edit language in panel button is not very useful, but it asks a lot of attention. It would be great to be able to hide it from the dropdown menus.

Hey, I've given this feature a shot, it works in the menu replacement, the setting name is in the readme ;)

Great, thanks for doing this! Next week I'll continue working on the project where I use this plugin. I'll let you know how it goes.
