launching game from priiloader gives error 'error : read the wii manual instructions'

Describe the bug
this error appears when some games are launched from within priiloader.
the error is a generic error from SDK, what does it mean? maybe somebody from the usbloader scene knows?
To Reproduce
launch different region super paper mario (wii) in priiloader
