Extra Life Perk Change

After playing a lot and receiving feedback, we may want to change our approach to the extra life perk.

They should probably be re-given to the player between runs, since that'll feel better for an AP game, since you don't need to restart nearly as much.

Since with the current rate you'll end up having way too many of them, we can compensate by lowering the rate.

Since this requires a change on the ap side of things, and we can't make that happen immediately, we probably want a client modification to add an option for "extra life perk redelivery", with a description stating that it'll give you an extra life perk when you respawn for every 2 (or every 3) you received previously.

I'm not really in favour since dying in Noita is part of it, but if you think it solves an issue, you've been more active than I have so you'd have better judgment.

If the problem is that people don't want to restart so often then we could potentially add some other togglable options like respawn at Holy Mountain (instead of restarting the game).

Oh, I think I totally forgot to respond to this, woops.

I think it solves an issue of the runs being a bit inconsistent -- ideally, as you go on with the multiworld, you should be able to more consistently get further. More wands to choose from and the immunity perks help of course, but the extra lives bring it a biiiit further.

I think later on I also want to add some more specific items to give as well. Like making it so some spells are items too, so that they spawn at the starting cave (and then making the starting cave a wand editing area).
