fds add doesn't work when the user is inside a sub folder

fds add . need user to be in root folder, it doesn't add all files from root folder

So I'm confused - what happens right now if I run fds add . inside a subfolder?

It misbehaves actually, it starts asking .git and .dvc folders to be added in the dvc prompt. Also git doesn't add files above the sub folder

@guysmoilov seems like this issue is resolved, you remember the PR that we closed last week, it was for this issue and seems like this is already working fine. So I closed this issue
