Will steam ban/VAC me for using this?

It shouldn't, but I don't work for Valve so I don't know. VAC mainly bans people modifying game files for exploits, while this is just sending a client flag to steam's servers while your logged in. The underlying core is the node steam project (https://github.com/seishun/node-steam) which is used for trade bots.
In short: It shouldn't but use at your own risk.

@ReasonWhyGamer No, that takes the command line arguments so you don't have to modify any files.
