Transform the first "limit" stuff into a capital type building:
Gives basic storage and worker for everything, can be upgraded as well.

Does not count toward the building limit, to have prettier numbers

Capital upgrades: (Eden?) -> Cave -> Tribe (can build buildings) -> Village, ...

Should capital lvl give a few bonus base building slots? Eden and cave have 0.

Try making it as a model, to explore what we can do for buildings?

Divide capital building into types:
Capital-food-storage
Capital-food-production
Capital-pop-storage
...

Already done on the really promising branch master-with-model
