Add a new ressource: metal (costs money to unlock)
Gives more money than material.
This is for preparing the way for WAAAAAAR!
Spell for metal (needs mana upgrade): Philosopher's stone
Ideas for icon (all bad):
- gem
- layer-group
- shield-alt
