- Adjust FTL build cost to be less punishing.
- Add cooldown indicator to mouse cursor when ships are selected. Hyperdrive targeting code from 0.5.0 may be of use here.
- Add cooldown indicator to Flux ship stat bar. 0.5.0 Power/FTL stat bars may be of use here.
- Add some kind of cooldown indicator to mobile Flux orbitals and planets, too...
