Diversify races a bit.

Some races are already pretty well-defined in terms of what they should do, but there are a few minor details that are either outright missing or don't seem appropriate. For instance, the Feyh have Shrines, which act as shield generators, but they can also research shield generators and use those.

  • Replace shield generator unlocks with new Shrines.
  • Possibly replace other shield-related unlocks too?
• Atroans
  • Add researchable core types and upgrades to replace things such as Metropolitan Optimization and Megacities.
  • Possibly replace Hydroponics Satellites?
• Mono
  • Possibly replace Hydroponics Satellites?
• Nylli
  • Restore their orbiting Megafarm/Hydrogenator equivalents.
