- Adjust galaxy generation scripts.
- Adjust FTL speeds/ranges.
- Adjust sublight speeds and weapon ranges, aiming for a more DOF-like timescale. Possibly tweak ability ranges here and there. (May need to adjust ability defs to allow variable ranges.)
- Adjust colony ship speeds.
- Make all of the above toggleable in game configuration.

I vaguely remember determining that this couldn't be changed by a game_config option. Other than that, it's basically done.
