Where is the exe file?

I am completely lost with this sort of stuff i appologize. im suppose to "add the directory to the PATH variables"

i think i found where and how to do that with sytem settings but there is no exe file in the directory where i unziped it. is it somwhere else? please help!

EDIT: i found it in the actual Windows version of the download, i think im just stupid
