[FEATURE] Marquee Tool: Optional chechbox for Multi-Select in visible layers.

As an optional checkbox, it would be nice to multi-select the pixels of every visible layers (not sure what to call the check-box though!), and move / paste them in their respective layers too (or merge them? Another option?).
