Abstract: Web3 Youth Funding Program - Xiepaopaoer(Second Round)

Reference implementation:
As the third full-time employee of Dapp Learning, @xiepaopaoer has mainly involved in the daily affair of the operation team in the second month.
@xiepaopaoer main contributions in January:

• Operating official Twitter, Bilibili, Youtube account, got 70, 130, 176 new followers, respectively.
• Operating 3rd public DL fans wechat group, got 55 members.
• Finished application scripts of OP grant.
• Finished the summarization of The Graph sharing meeting and published a wechat article.
• Finished Bilibili SEO and part of Youtube SEO.
• Reached out to Foresight News and arranged a vounteers to summarize an online video.
