Db2 Test Cases

I would like to contribute in the /tests directory of the Dapper project and add icr.io/db2_community/db2 service to the docker-compose.yml to start building out db2 test cases. I love using Dapper to work with db2, but believe improvements can be made such as issue #1138. I believe the first step is building out some simple db2 test cases. Let me know if I should move forward on this and make a pull request. Thanks in advance!
