Network manager not resetting to default state when returning to menu state.

To recreate the issue, go into Multiplayer, select server, hit the menu button to return to menu, select single player and choose a level. Now all the enemies will be killed onscreen when one enemy is killed.

Reset method is implemented, needs to be called from the states as they leave.

Fixed via ef65c33.
