Playing fails on Firefox w/ Flashblock

Flashblock blocks the SoundManager 2 flash on Firefox and the playing silently fails.
Solution: Display a visible alert telling the user to disable Flashblock here.

The flash element is now displayed at the center of the screen as a huge black box in latest "dev". Could still add some kind of nice text to tell the user he has flash block on.
